In preparation for September, Hog Roast Bramham has been hired to plan a catering menu for the move-in day at a local university accommodation. It is vital to make a good first impression, which is why this accommodation is providing all students with a delicious buffet lunch to make the first day away from home a little bit easier. At Hog Roast Bramham, we have been hired to serve a classic hog roast, with several additional dishes to ensure that there is something for everyone to enjoy. This menu is sure to go down a treat since it is a classic comfort meal and is packed full of natural flavours.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Bramham team will arrive at the venue in the morning to prepare for the midday serving time. Our menu will be on offer until 3pm to allow as many students as possible to enjoy our menu while unpacking and settling in. We will begin our menu preparation by slow-roasting the hog to perfection before it will be expertly carved by our chef. Once ready, the sliced pork will be served in fresh bread rolls and accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will also be serving succulent sausages and veggie sausages, as well as homemade chips and a variety of seasonal salad options.
