Since introducing this offer, we have had many clients show interest, and most recently, we were booked to serve one of our delicious hog roasts at Caz and Rob’s wedding. The pair had initially approached our partner venue, Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa, who had their wedding coordinator, Vicky, reach out to us and start making plans for the couple’s special day.

Hog Roast OtleyWith 104 people scheduled to attend the celebration, some of whom were vegetarians, Caz and Rob had requested a feast large enough to ensure none of their guests would go home with a rumbling tummy. For this, our Classic Hog Roast Menu was ideal! Featuring our perfectly roasted, free-range pork with all sorts of delicious sides, crackling, stuffing, gluten-free rolls and applesauce – as well as a meat-free choice of grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers with flatbreads and tzatziki dip – this signature Hog Roast Otley menu is a firm favourite among our clients new and old for a reason!

On the day of the wedding, Hog Roast Otley, led by our catering manager, Jon, headed off into the wilderness. Along the way, they took in the striking views of the Tour de France and Tour de Yorkshire cycle routes, which led them right to the Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa, a.k.a. the largest log cabin in the UK!

Surrounded by nature sounds and a thick forest of beautiful birch trees, the serene setting was perfect for Caz and Rob’s big day, and as the evening rolled in, the atmosphere got even more romantic. The wedding party couldn’t have been happier with the celebrations Vicky had put together, and the mouth-watering hog roast rolls that Hog Roast Otley served were the icing on the cake.
