Hog Roast Trawden’s latest event was a very special, festive wedding anniversary. Clients Jimmy and Carla were having a small party with their closest friends to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary.
The happy Clients, Jimmy and Carla worked with the Hog Roast Trawden team to make a catering package to meet their budget and their needs. As part of their catering package, the Hog Roast Trawden team provided the clients with not only a Chef to cook the food, but also disposable crockery and cutlery for the 18 guests to use. And the rubbish from those, as well as from the buffet as a whole, was also disposed of by the team, leaving the Clients able to enjoy their special day without worrying about tidying up.
On the day of the party Chef Rik arrived at the Clients house, where the party was taking place, several hours before the 7pm serving time. There was plenty of space for the catering gazebo, cooking equipment and lights on the Clients driveway. All the dishes for the buffet were created by hand by Chef Rik, meaning that when 7pm arrived and the guests queued up for their food everything was fresh and ready to be enjoyed.
The buffet included lots of tasty treats, such as a Classic Hog Roast, which was a slow spit roasted pig, served with crispy crackling, homemade stuffing and apple sauce. There was also a whole roast salmon on offer, as well as a platter of BBQ pulled jackfruit. Also on offer at the buffet was lots of piping hot veg, and a platter of jacket potatoes. Finishing off the meal was a basket of soft rolls and a selection of dips and sauces.
The guests eagerly tucked into the delicious dishes and had a wonderful meal! There were smiles all round!
As Chef Rik quietly and discreetly tidied away after the guests had enjoyed the food, Clients Jimmy and Carla thanked him for his hard work. He and the team had helped to make their wedding anniversary party absolutely perfect.
