Liz runs a home renovation company and has seen a significant increase in business over the summer, with more people than ever wanting to spruce up their homes. To review this change in demand and to celebrate the growing success of the company, Liz planned to host a corporate meal for 15 of her staff. The first step to planning this event was to find a caterer for the occasion, and Liz soon came across Hog Roast Brayton and our delicious formal dining package. She got in touch with our catering manager Jon to finalise the details of the event and it wasn’t long until we were getting down to work!

Our formal dining package began with a delicious salmon starter for the guests, served with tasty fresh bread. This is a great starter for before a hearty meal as it introduces guests to Hog Roast Brayton’s catering style, without filling them up all the way.

For the main course, we served roasted sirloin steaks, accompanied by red wine gravy and all of the usual trimmings. This is a luxurious main course that is packed full of flavour and is ideal for special occasions such as this one. The meat was tender and cooked freshly to provide maximum flavour with each mouthful.

Hog Roast  BraytonTo finish the menu, we served a final dessert course, with guests able to choose between profiteroles and sticky toffee pudding. This course had something for everyone to enjoy and was delicious when served with fresh tea and coffee.
