Summer camps are great for providing kids with something to do while they are off school, while also allowing them to learn lots of new things. Earlier this year, Hog Roast Boroughbridge was contacted by a local summer camp to arrange catering for their final night. The camp is hosted for young musicians and allows them to learn new skills and meet new people. For the last three years, Hog Roast Boroughbridge has catered for the final night of the camp, where parents and friends can watch the final concert. This is always a well-anticipated event and our catering adds another element for guests and performers to look forward to. For the menu, we will be serving our delicious BBQ menu, with enough for 200 people to enjoy.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Boroughbridge team will arrive at the camp in the afternoon and prepare for the 7:00pm serving time. Our menu will include a variety of main dishes, such as succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, veggie sausages, and BBQ spareribs. The mains will be served in fresh bread rolls or a gluten-free alternative. For the side dishes, the guests can enjoy homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, creamy mac and cheese, and a selection of salad dishes. Overall, this menu is incredibly varied and will surely have something for every guest to enjoy. The concert is going to be a great event and the Hog Roast TOWN is grateful to have been hired to cater it for another year.
