Adel, on the outskirts of Leeds, was the setting for the latest outing for Hog Roast Wakefield and we were delighted to be asked to cater for 120 guests at a private 50th birthday party in the garden of the client.
Hog Roast Wakefield has catered for many events around the Leeds area and alongside private events such as this, we also cater for corporate events and weddings with a very wide range of menus to suit any occasion, venue and budget. For all events, we liaise very closely with the client and our chef, Andy discussed our menus and guided the client through the process and the different menu selections. The client decided that Our Slow Roasted Hog would be the best option but also asked if we could include a vegetarian option too. This is one area (of many!) that makes Hog Roast Wakefield stand out from other good caterers; we have our standard menus but we can also tailor them to suit virtually any clients’ requirements which includes, vegetarian, vegan, Halal, gluten free. We regularly get asked to include these requirements as well as other meat selections and desserts and we firmly believe that we can cater for any client no matter what the requirements!
Many of our clients are repeat customers and this is something that we are very proud of as the high quality of our food and service speaks for itself when we are asked back to cater at another event or recommended to friends of the client. Hog Roast Wakefield always ensures that the highest quality of food is served and alongside our flexibility and professional service, we believe that this makes us not only a good caterer, but great!
Andy arrived in plenty of time to set up and once the guests started arriving we got the hog roast started so that everyone could smell the mouth-watering aromas to get the stomach juices flowing and this created immediate interest with many guests chomping at the bit to eat some of the delicious hog in a roll and veggie skewers that we had prepared. The feedback was tremendous with many guests coming back for seconds and commenting on how delicious it all tasted.
