The Irish Centre in Leeds is a popular venue for the Irish communities in the area, and boasts not just one but four air-conditioned function suites, including ones suitable for gigs and weddings. With their in-house catering team, the centre can also host birthday parties, christenings, communions, funerals, conferences, boxing tournaments, dinners, or anything else that you may have in mind. For this party, we would be making our highly popular pigs in buns, also known as hog roast rolls, where we roast a pig for hours, let it rest a short while and then carve away the crackling and slice into the juicy meat. We add bits of both to fresh bread rolls or wraps, top with our homemade sage and onion stuffing and tangy apple sauce, show you the condiments you can choose from too, and then you’re good to go.
For the 90 guests on this special occasion, Hog Roast Leeds was also asked to provide additional options, which we can always do, and for this party, it would be 50 sausages, extra veggie skewers, and new potatoes.
